CU Community Credit Union is a local credit union that was competing for customers in a crowded financial market. They asked us to help raise awareness of their brand and its point of difference. What we discovered was that consumers don’t care about their financial institution—they care about the gap between what they have and what they want or need. We leveraged that insight in “Every little bit matters” by focusing on the fact that, as a nonprofit, CUCCU was more in tune with what matters most to their customers and therefore better equipped to help them.
